In the user area you can access pages personal to you. These include:
Your latest proforma
All your invoices
Your unlock codes
Enter a change of address
Request a replacement CD
You will be prompted for a user name and password.
The user name is your 4 digit customer reference number.
The password will appear on any invoice or proforma from any year.
If you tick the box "remember my password", you will not need your password in the future.
