Further to my earlier message.

The current situation is that polling by both presenter id and su= bmission number has been fixed in terms of new submissions received fr= om approximately 12.00 noon today. However, we still have issues with polli= ng for submissions that were within the system prior to that time. Our= technical team are still undertaking diagnostic investigation fo= r these.
